Ms. Shannae’ L. Young is the daughter of the late Pastors Robert & Leshelle Young of the Good Shepard Rescue Mission 2. Her parents were evangelistic pastors who did missionary work in urban areas.  They evangelized, fed, sowed financial donations, and provided clothing items to several in their respective communities.  They have gone to be with the Lord and she rejoices knowing that she will see them again. She is the third child of 10, oldest daughter, so she understands the multiplicity of responsibilities in different roles and aspects. Dontrell is her only child, her pride and joy and he is an absolute blessing to her life.  She recently became a fur mom to a Labradoodle named Cashmere, she is pure joy!!!

 

Shannae’ has completed a lengthy sabbatical with the Lord Jesus. Her music was birthed out of an intimate relationship with the Lord, in different seasons and after many battles. This is a family mantle as Shannae's mother was also an anointed psalmist.  That is why these assignments are so critical to Shannae', she believes that her moms mantle fell on her.  Oftentimes awakening from sleep, Shannae' would receive a full download of the music in her spirit. She has been entrusted with a new sound where she releases about the Holiness, Majesty and Splendor of the Lord Jesus, His return and what’s to come. She does not carry a traditional gospel sound and believes that God will use her sound & style of worship to compel them to come. Most songs from the 2023 EP release can be found as scriptural references straight out of the book of Revelation.  Because we are in the season of the "Restoration of all Things" Shannae' is being sent and is a gift to the body of Christ but into the marketplace.  She is called to go into secular arenas to sing and talk about Jesus.  The new release is a fresh new sound where she dedicated it to her late Mother's legacy.  With soulful balads, melodic melodies and many songs that will make you groove, you will not be disappointed!  The best part is that this is music for the Kingdom of God.

 

Shannae’ is an ordained Five Fold Minister, Psalmist, Preacher & Intercessor. She is a Skilled Writer and Vocal Arranger.  She understands her marketplace assignment is two- fold, that she will bring something new and fresh to the realm of sounds in worship, while building viable brands in the beauty, health & fashion spaces. Shannae’ is a soprano and loves to build vocal harmonies that move. A Sound Bearer that the Holy Spirit has called to himself. She’s skilled in intercession, healing and deliverance. You will experience all of this plus a refreshing and a spirit of shalom as she opens her mouth to sing over you. She is set to release mutiple music projects and is delighted for the assignment after being on the backside of the mountain, training like King David for 13  years.
